Sometimes You Just Have to Smile

Oh, the joys of being the mother of a free-spirited, stubborn 3-year-old little girl. Instead of getting upset that she got fingernail polish all over herself, her clothes, and the floor (thank goodness for tile), I just had to tell her it looked beautiful and I wanted to take a picture.

This isn't the first time she's done this. You'd think I'd learn to hide the fingernail polish better.

    Thank heavens it was on the tile and not your beautiful new carpet. Boo loves makeup, but hasn't really gotten in to the polish yet...

    You are crazy. I totally have mine hidden. My sisters little girl got into hers and she put it on the couch and my sister know has a new couch. Kids.

    She's so independent! Lele is wearing the same color on her toenails. It's totally the in color this season (or, um, it's just what I had in my drawer).
