Who Loves Muse?

I do! I do! I do!
I think I may have lost most of the hearing in my right ear after their concert last night. I know I have lost my voice. Maybe my mind too! They put on a pretty amazing live show, with balloons that look like eyes falling from the ceiling to the light show they do. Man, I wish I could have been on the floor! (And, no, Brent, there was no mosh pit. Sheesh.)

Would have been a perfect night if not for the opening act, The Silversun Pickups. Music was okay, but the lead singer was pretty profane. Oh, and Chris Wolstenholme's (bass guitarist) nasty tobacco habit on stage. I thought this was a smoke-free state? I swear he smoked four or five cigarettes in the two hours they performed.

And one more thing we couldn't figure out. The parking at the E-Center is horrid! You'd think for $10 a car, they could direct traffic or something. It was pretty hilarious watching people look for their cars though, walking up and down the rows. In the snow. Yeah, that was fun!

I even talked my husband into buying me two T-shirts! Woo hoo! Gotta love him! He declined to get one for himself though.

Oh, and Krissi, I could have totally seen you and Brent rocking with us! Next time you don't get off so easily.

So, if you see me in the next couple of days, speak a little louder than normal. My ears are still ringing.
