More for journaling purposes than anything. I'm terrible at keeping a journal, so this will count as my weekly journal entry. Okay, monthly. Okay, yearly.
Clint has been studying really hard to take the plumbing contractor's test for Idaho. We have a friend that has some work that he is doing up there and he needs a licensed plumber in Idaho. The practical stuff was pretty easy for him (he's been doing that for 20 years), but the tax part was a little difficult. He passed his test though and is now a licensed plumbing contractor in Idaho! Woo hoo! (He doesn't need to be a licensed contractor in Utah, as he works under his dad's license). Yay Clint! Let me tell ya, his text books were really boring, even for me, an Accounting major.
Clint teaches the Valiant 11/12 boys and does 11-year-old scouts at church. This keeps him very busy. He is also the assistant coach of Kapri's softball team. There isn't a night of the week that he isn't doing something.
I am crazy busy with work right now, learning a new specialty, Neurology. It's getting better, but I was pretty stressed at first. Not to mention the fact that the doc has an accent, so that makes it more difficult to understand. But, I seem to be doing better every time. I still love what I do and I am very grateful that I am able to stay home and still earn some money (especially since I can't seem to stop spending it). Sorry, Clint. :(
I am very excited to be on the PTA board next year! I will be the book fair chairman. I love books, so I think it will be lots of fun.
I teach the Valiant 11/12 girls and I do Activity days for the same age. This keeps me very busy as well. I love my girls. They are so cute. I have Kapri in my class, and it has been really fun to be her teacher.
Kapri is just finishing 5th grade. She acts like she is 16. She is a very sweet girl and has lots of friends. She is a very good student and loves to read. She likes to play softball and has been playing for three years now.
Dylan is just finishing 1st grade. He also has lots of friends. He loves school and is sad that it is ending. He is playing baseball this year, also his third year. He played basketball too, and loves sports.
Daken is going into Kindergarten next year, Ms Tran!. He is my sweetheart. He's very nervous about going into Kindergarten, doesn't like change. He is playing T-ball this year, his first year. He has lots of friends too, and loves to play with his cousin, Kaden.
Breia is just Breia. She is a fireball. She gets what she wants, when she wants it, how she wants it. Or else. And don't think of getting her in trouble, or she tells you "But, I loooooove you" or "You happy with me?" It's hard to punish her after that. And she knows it.
Sorry for the boring update, but I do need to have some kind of a journal, right?
Should I Stay or Should I Go!

Great update. Most of my blog is just journaling for myself. And whoever else wants to take a gander.
ReplyDeleteI love updates like this. Lots of it I might know, but there is always something that I learn and that makes me smile:)
